नारायण साईं की जमानत अर्जी खारिज
सूरत की स्थानीय अदालत ने बलात्कार के मामले में फंसे आसाराम के
बेटे नारायण साईं की जमानत की अर्जी खारिज कर दी है।
एडिशनल सिटी सेशन जज बीए जोशी ने आरोपी साईं की अपील खारिज कर दी, जिसके बाद उसे न्यायिक हिरासत में भेज दिया गया।
अदालत ने यह भी माना कि अगर साईं को जमानत पर रिहा किया जाता है, तो वह गवाहों को नुकसान पहुंचाने के साथ-साथ सबूतों से भी छेड़छाड़ कर सकता है।
दो बहनों ने साईं और उसके पिता आसाराम पर बलात्कार और यौन उत्पीड़न के आरोप लगाये थे।
